• Health Care

          Spragins wishes to opt out of Obama care and other federal regulations on health care. She also wishes to to remove government restrictions on health cadre and health insurance, along with removing regulations form employers who provide health insurance.

• Justice System Policies

          Platform plans to combat victim-less crime by opting of enforcing federal victim-less crimes which she believes creates a mistrust between police and civilians. She also wishes to expunge the records of people convicted for victim-less crimes, and  eliminate plea bargaining that coerces  defendants  into accepting guilty pleas before a trial.
