Know your 2016 Candidates

• Gun Control

          Platform fully supports any existing gun laws, but opposes any further gun restrictions.

• Social Issues

          Teresa is pro-choice and supports same-sex marriage, however, this doesn't seem to be the forefront of her campaign.

• Economic Policy

          Teresa plans to strengthen our economy by proving tax incentives to small businesses, start more infrastructure projects, and trying to put an end to the outsourcing of American jobs. She also supports using federal money for projects to help economic growth.

• Education

          Platform doesn't support No-Child-Left-Behind and would instead wish to see a new policy implemented.  A policy that sees how progress is measured on an annual calendar so that schools can be evaluated fairly and accurately. Also Hensley believes that local involvement in education would be more effective than federal support and mandates.
